Fail ! Ordered this pack of 4 inks as it seemed the best value.Received just the Magenta cartridge.Called to complain – was told that as it was a Marketplace item “fulfilled by Amazon” I would have to send it back for a refund and re-order.And to send it back I have to use DPD, which means waiting in for a courier. I could post it back – but I would have to pay the postage. Whatever happened to a perfectly civilized system like Freepost?I order things from a German internet…

Tropical Ink Selling Out Of Date HP Cartridges With the External Packaging Date Removed I am still waiting for the agreed refund on these…You will recall that when you supplied these, they were out of date. The fact that the external date label had been removed, this amounts to attempted fraud as I was unaware of the date until each package was opened.HP printers will not allow the use of outdated printer cartridges to prevent damage to the printers.I have contacted you on several occasions and the problem is still unresolved…

Good ink, but far too expensive If you want trouble free printing with your HP printer, you have no choice but to buy their ink cartridges. My gripe is that they are far too expensive. I buy the XL ones because they offer slightly better value for money over the standard ones, but they are still far too dear. Having to fork out the price of a mid-range printer just to buy a set of inks is ridiculous in this day and age. These things are being produced for pennies and I would love top know how HP (and other manufacturers)…
